Parish Registration Form

Thank you for your interest in Our Lady of Refuge Parish. We welcome you to our warm, friendly and close-knit community of believers. We also encourage you and your family to join one or more of the ministry groups that are described on this website. But first, since you are new to our church community, let us know who you are and how we can assist you. Please download the Parish Registration Form by clicking on the picture- link below. Once you have downloaded the Registration Form:

	Print it.
	Fill out the form out as completely as you can.
	Place the completed form in a sealed envelope. Address the envelope to Parish Registration, Our Lady of Refuge Church, 5195 Stearns Street, Long Beach, CA 90815-2901. Mail it or drop it in the collection basket during Sunday Mass.

Electronic Giving

Members of our parish family contribute to the community's well-being through prayer, service and money donations. The opportunities for you to share in prayer and service donations are described in considerable detail throughout this website.

Money donations are used for the maintenance and upkeep of the parish, and they enable our church to provide service to needy families and groups in the community. Many parishioners provide money donations by using envelopes given to registered members, and placing the envelopes in the collection basket each Sunday during Mass. Others prefer to use "electronic giving", whereby contributions are deducted from bank or credit card accounts. Tax Deductions and Contributions to the Church

Parishioners who contribute to the parish through the Sunday Envelope or Electronic Giving Programs may request a receipt at the end of each calendar year. The IRS requires this type of written evidence if you claim charitable giving deductions on your tax forms. To receive a receipt, call the parish rectory at (562) 498-6641.
