As we prepare for and look forward to celebrating our “Beacon of Long Beach’s” 75th Anniversary, we are planning a reception after the 10 A.M. Mass. Our reception already includes a selection of Japanese finger sandwiches, Vietnamese sandwiches, and Italian deli sandwiches in addition to potato and antipasto salads; we ordered a large cake. We do need additional salads and desserts from parishioners who may drop off either salads or cookies to share at the event. Bring them to the Cafeteria on Saturday, May 13th between 10:30 A.M. and 3:00 P.M. or on Sunday morning after 8:30 A.M. We also need helping hands to set up on Saturday between 10:30 A.M. and 3 P.M. or Sunday after 8:30 A.M.We appreciate everyone’s efforts and participation in helping to support and provide for this wonderful community celebration.
